The pretreatment process in LIB recycling can enhance the recovery efficiency of the valuable elements in the LIBs and reduce the energy consumption in the subsequent processes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our company combines mechanical, thermal, metallurgical, and artificial intelligence technologies to form a coupled treatment process chain for waste lithium batteries to achieve high safety, environmental protection, and high-efficiency intelligent recovery of lithium batteries. The efficiency of organic matter removal from waste lithium-ion batteries can reach more than 99%, the recovery rate of black powder is more than 98.5%, and the content of aluminum and iron impurities is less than 1%.
